Imperial Airdrop Guide: Season 1 Points, Rewards and Safety
Imperial Season 1 is active with weekly trading and referral points, but no token airdrop is confirmed. Learn the rules, costs, safe steps and risks.

Imperial Airdrop Status on July 10, 2026
Status: ACTIONABLE SEASON 1 POINTS PROGRAM; NO CONFIRMED IMPERIAL TOKEN AIRDROP.
Imperial Season 1 is live for eligible users. The official Imperial documentation says 20,000 points are distributed each week: 15,000 pro rata for trading activity and 5,000 pro rata for referrals. The live website has Points, Leaderboard and Referrals pages, and the official @ImperialPerps X account said on July 7, 2026 that Season 1 is active and “won’t run forever.” No closing date is published.
This distinction is essential for anyone searching for an imperial airdrop. Imperial has not promised a token, token generation event, conversion rate, snapshot or distribution date in the official materials reviewed for this guide. Its Season 1 page says points may be used to determine eligibility for future rewards, benefits or campaigns and explicitly says points are not a guarantee of any payout. Treat a future token reward as zero when deciding whether to trade.
A separate referral benefit is more concrete: qualified referral activity can earn a share of Imperial fees in USDC, alongside a share of weekly referral points. That still does not make trading risk-free or profitable. Perpetual futures are leveraged products. Fees, funding, spread, price impact and liquidation losses can easily exceed any points or USDC rebate. The safest interpretation is that points are a possible extra for activity you already intended to perform, never a reason to manufacture volume.
What Is Imperial?
Imperial is a Solana perpetual-futures terminal and routing interface operated under the name Imperial Labs Pte. Ltd. Rather than acting as one standalone exchange, it compares supported perp venues and routes an order to a venue based on the asset, direction, size and requested leverage. Official documentation names venues including Jupiter, Flash, Phoenix, GMX and others; the overview also references GMTrade. Available integrations can change, so inspect the route shown for each order.
The router estimates the all-in round-trip cost using opening and closing fees, price impact, slippage, expected funding or borrowing costs and liquidation mechanics. Users can accept auto-routing or select an eligible venue manually. Once a position is open on an asset, later orders for that asset stay on the same venue to avoid fragmenting the position. The final execution price is confirmed on-chain, not guaranteed by an earlier interface estimate.
Imperial describes the platform as non-custodial, but that term should not be mistaken for “without trust” or “without loss risk.” Its architecture includes a frontend, backend execution infrastructure and a smart contract that becomes position owner so bots can execute trades. The security page says those bots can trade on a user’s behalf but cannot deposit or withdraw funds. A compromised trading authorization could still place harmful trades and cause liquidation even if it cannot directly transfer assets out.
Imperial also supports one-click trading through a JSON Web Token, or JWT, with a stated one-month expiry and cancellation option. The docs say this authorization cannot withdraw funds, but can place trades. Users should revoke it after use, avoid shared devices and treat unexpected positions as a security incident. Imperial’s Terms state that its services are unlicensed, experimental and provided as-is, with users accepting smart-contract, third-party, market, leverage and regulatory risks.
Is the Imperial Airdrop Confirmed?
No Imperial token airdrop is confirmed. What is confirmed is an active Season 1 points and referral program. This wording is not a technicality. An “airdrop” usually implies a defined token distribution or at least an official commitment to allocate a future token. Imperial’s own text makes the weaker statement that points may inform eligibility for unspecified future rewards, benefits or campaigns. It also expressly denies any guaranteed payout.
Therefore, do not assign a dollar value to one Imperial point. There is no official points-to-token ratio, supply allocation, vesting schedule, token ticker, snapshot rule, claim contract or distribution date. Websites or social accounts promising a fixed Imperial allocation are extrapolating beyond the official record. A leaderboard position proves participation under current scoring; it does not create a claim on tokens.
Season 1 is nevertheless actionable because new eligible users can still earn weekly points through trading and qualified referrals, and the official X account was actively directing users to updated documentation three days before this review. This is not an ended snapshot, completed distribution or claim-only phase. It remains speculative, can change, and has no published end date. Review official sources immediately before every action.
How Imperial Season 1 Points Work
Imperial distributes a fixed 20,000 points each week. Trading receives 15,000 points and referrals receive 5,000 points. Both pools are described as pro rata, which means a participant competes for a relative share rather than earning a fixed number per dollar. If total qualifying activity rises, the same personal activity can receive fewer points. Scoring weights may evolve from week to week, and not all trades are weighted equally.
Season 1 is divided into growth stages called Eras. A user’s Era depends on when they joined, and earlier Eras receive higher multipliers. Romulus was the pre-announcement phase and carried the highest Era multiplier. The docs say Imperial is now in Remus, the first active points Era. A new user cannot recreate Romulus eligibility. Do not buy an account, wallet or supposed historical allocation; ownership and eligibility could be unverifiable, compromised or disqualified.
The exact trading formula is not public. Official docs only say activity through Imperial contributes to weekly allocation, weighting differs and scoring can evolve. Claims that a specific notional volume always produces a precise point total are unsupported. Because the pool is fixed and relative, repeatedly opening and closing positions can increase certain costs without securing a proportional reward.
Trading pool: 15,000 points per week, distributed according to qualifying activity and current weighting.
Referral pool: 5,000 points per week, shared pro rata among qualifying referral activity.
Current Era: Remus, described as the first active points Era.
Future changes: Imperial may introduce different allocations, multipliers, campaigns and competition methods.
Reward status: points may influence future eligibility, but no payout or token is guaranteed.
Referral Rewards and Qualification
Imperial’s referral system has two components. First, a referrer can receive USDC based on fees generated by an eligible referral network. The published shares are 20% for direct referrals, 10% for second-order indirect referrals and 5% for third-order indirect referrals. Second, qualifying referral activity competes for the weekly pool of 5,000 Imperial points. These percentages refer to a share of generated fees, not a percentage of trading volume or guaranteed profit.
A signup alone does not qualify. A referred trader must complete at least $1,000 in weekly volume and at least two completed trades. Once qualified, that person contributes referral points for the first four qualifying active weeks. The design focuses on active traders rather than empty signups. Never pressure a friend to trade, reimburse them for circular volume or control another person’s wallet merely to satisfy the threshold.
A new trader who joins through a referral receives a +0.25x trading multiplier for seven days after the first trade. The official fee page also says a partner or referral code cuts Imperial’s own fee from 10 basis points to 5 basis points on collateral. Verify both details in the current interface before trading, because program terms can change. A multiplier improves relative scoring; it does not guarantee that the eventual benefit exceeds trading losses.
Referral disclosures matter. If you publish or share a referral link, make clear that you may earn USDC and points from the referred user’s activity. Do not present the link as an official claim page or imply guaranteed rewards. Referrals should resolve to the exact imperial.space domain. Similar names, redirects to another hostname and private-message “activation” instructions are warning signs.
Clans, Social Connections and Multipliers
Clans are invite-only teams whose aggregate performance can create weekly point multipliers for members. The top clan receives +0.50x, second receives +0.30x and third receives +0.20x. Rankings can change, so joining a strong clan does not guarantee a weekly boost. Avoid paying an administrator for entry unless Imperial itself explicitly supports that arrangement; a private payment is not protected by the protocol.
Users may also connect Telegram and X for limited-time multipliers. Connecting social accounts expands the data and account-security surface. Review requested permissions, use strong unique passwords and multi-factor authentication, and disconnect access when the promotion ends. Never give a Telegram bot a seed phrase, private key, wallet export or remote-control access. A social multiplier is not worth compromising a wallet or identity.
Imperial says multipliers stack additively. Even so, the base scoring formula and future reward value remain unknown. Optimize for security and economically justified trading, not for collecting every possible boost. Missing a social multiplier costs uncertain points; granting excessive permissions can create a concrete account takeover risk.
Imperial Fees and the Real Cost of Points
Imperial charges 10 basis points, or 0.10%, on collateral when opening and again when closing a position. With an eligible partner or referral code, the published rate is 5 basis points, or 0.05%, on each leg. The fee is based on collateral rather than leveraged notional. For example, $1,000 of collateral costs $1 to open at the standard Imperial rate whether the position is 10x or 25x, then another Imperial fee applies when closing.
That is not the total cost. The routed venue charges its own opening and closing fees. A position can also incur funding or borrowing costs, spread, price impact, slippage, network costs and adverse price movement. At high leverage, a small move can liquidate collateral before points have any value. The referral rebate only shares part of Imperial-generated fees and cannot cancel the routed venue’s costs or market losses.
Use a zero-reward budget test. Estimate the entire round trip as though Season 1 will pay nothing. If the trade is not sensible under that assumption, skip it. Do not increase leverage or position duration to chase scoring. Do not borrow funds, use emergency savings or attempt to recover previous losses through more volume. Points cannot repair a liquidation.
Safety-First Imperial Airdrop Participation Guide
1. Verify the Exact Official Surfaces
The official site is https://imperial.space, documentation is https://docs.imperial.space and the linked X account is https://x.com/ImperialPerps. Bookmark them after checking the spelling. Avoid sponsored search ads, Telegram direct messages, Discord support impersonators and shortened claim links. Imperial is a generic name used by unrelated crypto, finance and gaming projects, so a familiar logo or project name is insufficient verification.
2. Confirm Legal Eligibility
Read the current Terms of Use before connecting. Imperial prohibits users from specified jurisdictions and says users must comply with local law and sanctions rules. It also prohibits VPN use to circumvent restrictions. Do not misstate residence, use another person’s identity or route access through a prohibited location. A wallet connection succeeding does not prove legal eligibility. Consult a qualified professional if derivatives rules in your jurisdiction are unclear.
3. Use a Dedicated Low-Value Solana Wallet
Use a wallet separate from long-term holdings and valuable NFTs. Fund only the amount needed for a small planned test plus transaction costs. Store the recovery phrase offline and never enter it into Imperial, a points checker, support chat or social bot. Verify the active wallet address before trading so activity is not split unintentionally. Consider hardware signing, while remembering that hardware devices cannot protect against a transaction the user approves without understanding.
4. Inspect the Live Points Page Before Spending
Open the Points page from the verified site navigation. Confirm that Season 1, your wallet and the current Era are displayed. Read the updated Season 1 documentation and take a dated record of the rules. If the interface no longer shows active earning, official channels announce an end, or the documentation changes to claim-only status, do not rely on this July 10 guide.
5. Start With One Small, Intended Trade
Choose a trade you would make without points. Compare Imperial’s route with the underlying venues and another reputable interface, including execution price, all fees, leverage, funding and liquidation level. Use low leverage or no trade at all if you do not fully understand liquidation. Confirm the asset, direction, collateral, notional size, venue and maximum loss before signing. Test with an amount whose total loss would not affect essential expenses.
6. Review Every Authorization
Read wallet prompts and reject unexplained transfers, delegate permissions or broad approvals. If enabling one-click trading, understand that the JWT can place trades even though official docs say it cannot withdraw. Set a reminder to cancel it, monitor positions and revoke immediately after suspicious activity or device compromise. Never approve a “claim” transaction for an Imperial token: no official token claim is announced.
7. Track Results Without Churning
Save transaction signatures, timestamps, fee records and screenshots of point updates. Allow the weekly process to settle rather than repeating trades because points do not appear immediately. Do not wash trade, self-refer, operate fake accounts or coordinate circular volume. These methods create real costs and may violate terms or future anti-abuse rules. Honest, limited activity is easier to secure, explain and report for tax purposes.
8. Close, Revoke and Reduce Exposure
When the intended trade is complete, verify that the routed venue position is actually closed and no residual order remains. Cancel one-click authorization, remove unnecessary permissions and move idle assets back to an appropriate secure wallet. Continue monitoring official updates from a read-only browser session. No legitimate distribution will require sending funds first or revealing a recovery phrase.
Perpetual Trading Risks That Matter More Than Points
Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. A position can be automatically liquidated when margin falls below the venue’s requirement, potentially causing a total collateral loss. High advertised leverage is not a benefit for an inexperienced user. It reduces the distance between entry and liquidation, while volatility, oracle movement, spread and execution delay can make outcomes worse than expected.
Routing adds dependency risk. Imperial relies on its frontend, backend automation, smart contract, Solana, price data and the selected underlying venue. A failure or pause in any layer may delay opening, modifying or closing a position. Imperial’s own terms warn about bugs, cyberattacks, forks, outages, oracle or third-party failures and irreversible transactions. A router comparison can improve convenience without eliminating the risks of each integrated protocol.
One-click trading has a special threat model. An attacker with the active JWT reportedly cannot withdraw, but may place bad trades. That can convert an authentication compromise into market loss. Protect browser sessions, email and connected social accounts; do not install unknown extensions; and cancel access from a clean device if compromise is suspected. “Non-withdrawable” is not the same as harmless.
Liquidation risk: leverage can erase collateral after a small adverse move.
Cost risk: opening, closing, funding, borrowing, spread and slippage compound.
Smart-contract risk: bugs or exploits can produce irreversible loss.
Third-party risk: the routed venue, oracle, wallet or network can fail.
Authorization risk: stolen one-click credentials may be used to place harmful trades.
Program risk: point weights, multipliers, eligibility and future benefits can change or disappear.
Imperial Airdrop Scams to Avoid
The absence of a confirmed token creates ideal conditions for impersonation. Scammers can invent a ticker, fake a snapshot and claim that points are ready to convert. As of this review, official sources provide no token contract, claim portal or conversion rate. Do not buy a token merely because it uses the Imperial name, and do not paste an address from a reply or unofficial article into a swap interface.
Fake claim pages asking for an approval, deposit or “wallet validation” transaction.
Guaranteed calculators assigning a dollar value or token amount to each Imperial point.
Impersonated support requesting a seed phrase, private key, JWT, screen share or remote access.
Counterfeit referral links that redirect away from imperial.space.
Paid clan invitations or multiplier sales with no official on-platform confirmation.
Messages claiming Season 1 has ended unless the statement can be verified on the official site, docs and X account.
If a suspicious transaction was signed, disconnect the site, cancel active one-click access, inspect Solana activity from a trusted explorer and move remaining assets to a fresh wallet if key compromise is possible. Merely disconnecting a site does not undo an on-chain authorization or exposed recovery phrase. Never accept recovery help from unsolicited direct messages.
Is Imperial Season 1 Worth It?
For a legally eligible, experienced perp trader who already prefers Imperial’s execution, Season 1 points can be treated as a no-value bonus and the referral-code fee reduction can lower Imperial’s own charge. A cautious user can compare routes, make one small intended trade and monitor points without changing the core strategy. Even then, there is no assurance of a token or payout.
For someone who would not otherwise trade leveraged futures, the rational answer is usually no. The program requires exposure to products capable of rapid or total collateral loss, while the possible future benefit is unspecified. Learning leverage by farming points reverses the proper priority: risk should determine the trade, not a speculative reward. Watching official updates without connecting a wallet is a valid participation decision.
Referrals are not a risk-free workaround because qualification requires $1,000 or more in weekly volume and at least two completed trades by the referred user. Encouraging unsuitable trading to earn fee shares creates financial and ethical problems. Share educational information and disclose incentives; let each person make an independent eligibility and risk decision.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Imperial airdrop live?
Imperial Season 1 points are live, but no Imperial token airdrop is confirmed. Points may influence future rewards or benefits and are not a guarantee of payout.
Can a new user still earn Imperial points?
Yes, subject to legal eligibility and current rules. Users can compete for weekly trading points, and qualified referral activity can compete for referral points. Earlier Romulus participants have an Era advantage that new users cannot recreate.
How many points does Imperial distribute?
Official docs state 20,000 per week: 15,000 for trading activity and 5,000 for referrals. Distribution is pro rata and scoring weights may change.
Does Imperial have a token?
No official token, ticker, contract, supply allocation or claim was announced in the official site, docs and X materials reviewed on July 10, 2026.
What does a referral earn?
Published fee shares are 20% from direct referrals, 10% from second-order referrals and 5% from third-order referrals, paid as USDC rewards, plus competition for weekly referral points. Qualification rules and current interface terms apply.
What qualifies a referred trader?
At least $1,000 of weekly volume and two completed trades. Referral points count for the person’s first four qualifying active weeks.
What is the lowest-risk strategy?
Do not trade solely for points. If you are eligible and already intend to use perps, compare a small low-leverage trade, use a dedicated wallet and assume future rewards are worth zero. Otherwise, monitor updates without connecting.
