Offline Protocol Airdrop Guide: MINE Points and Safety
Offline Protocol MINE points are active, but no mainnet token airdrop is confirmed. Learn safe mining steps, wallet rules, costs, privacy risks and scam checks.

Offline Protocol Airdrop Status on July 10, 2026
Status: ACTIVE MINE POINTS PROGRAM; NO CONFIRMED MAINNET TOKEN AIRDROP OR LIVE TOKEN CLAIM.
The opportunity commonly called the “Offline Protocol airdrop” is currently actionable through MINE, the project’s official mobile mesh-mining app. Offline Protocol links MINE from offlineprotocol.com, and both Apple and Google list the app under Offline Protocol. New users can create one account, activate mesh relay mining, complete available missions and collect in-app Points. The Android listing was updated on July 6, 2026, while Apple shows frequent releases through version 1.0.10 around this review date, providing strong evidence that the program is live rather than an abandoned campaign.
However, this is not a confirmed fungible-token airdrop. MINE’s official Terms of Service say Points are internal digital records, are not currency or financial instruments, have no inherent monetary value and do not obligate Offline Protocol to provide conversion or redemption. The terms disclose only an Ethereum Sepolia testnet vault as of March 31, 2026; testnet tokens have no monetary value, and a mainnet transition is explicitly not guaranteed. No official ticker, token contract, total supply, snapshot, allocation formula, mainnet claim date or exchange listing was identified.
This guide therefore treats MINE as a no-cost-in-cash but resource- and privacy-sensitive participation program. Assign the possible future airdrop a value of zero. Join only if experimenting with mesh networking and earning revocable app Points is worth the battery use, permissions, mobile data risk and time. Do not buy a similarly named coin, pay to activate mining or sign a mainnet claim transaction based on an unofficial post.
What Is Offline Protocol?
Offline Protocol is building a communication stack intended to keep messaging, identity and eventually payments working when conventional internet or cellular infrastructure is unavailable. Its DORS layer switches among Bluetooth mesh, WiFi Direct and internet rails. OfflineID provides account and identity functions, Fernweh is the consumer messaging app, and MINE rewards devices that participate as relay nodes. OfflinePay and other parts of the stated stack remain marked “coming soon” on the official website.
MINE is not proof-of-work cryptocurrency mining. It does not use a phone to solve Bitcoin-style computational puzzles, and Points are not newly issued blockchain coins. When mining is active, the device advertises itself over Bluetooth Low Energy, scans for peers and may relay encrypted packets. The official terms also say DORS can select internet relay, potentially consuming mobile data. “Mining” is the project’s label for network participation and gamified point accrual.
The project’s website describes MINE as “Mesh Network Rewards,” while the dedicated MINE site invites users to connect with nearby devices, complete missions and earn Points. The app-store descriptions add daily, weekly and monthly missions, geo-fenced tasks, streak multipliers, referrals, a leaderboard and optional Ethereum or Solana wallet linking. These official surfaces support the existence of the program, but marketing words such as “rewards” or “future on-chain distribution” must be read together with the legal terms that deny guaranteed convertibility or value.
Is the Offline Protocol Airdrop Confirmed?
No mainnet Offline Protocol token airdrop is confirmed. The official materials reviewed do not provide the minimum facts needed for a token distribution: a token name and ticker, canonical contract address, chain, supply, community allocation, eligibility rule, snapshot, conversion rate, vesting schedule or claim window. MINE Points alone do not establish any of these facts. A points balance is evidence of activity inside the app, not a legal entitlement to cryptocurrency.
The terms allow the app to present vault claims “subject to availability,” but this does not convert the campaign into a live airdrop. They say the vault was on Sepolia testnet as of their effective date, testnet assets have no monetary value, mainnet availability may never happen, and Points may never be convertible. Offline Protocol can change earning rates, caps, multipliers and missions, adjust or forfeit balances, or suspend conversion. Any future reward could also have additional eligibility, jurisdiction, wallet or anti-abuse conditions.
The safest vocabulary is “active MINE points program” or “speculative Offline Protocol airdrop opportunity.” Do not call Points OFFLINE tokens, do not estimate a dollar value per Point and do not treat leaderboard rank as an allocation. If the project later announces a mainnet token, verify the announcement across offlineprotocol.com, the in-app notice and @OfflineProtocol on X before taking action. Until then, every supposed contract address or urgent claim page is unverified.
How MINE Points Are Earned
Official terms identify several earning routes, but do not promise fixed permanent rates. Active mesh relay sessions can earn Points as the phone participates in peer discovery and encrypted data relay. Missions may be daily, weekly, monthly, achievement-based, streak-based or geographic. Referrals may award both parties under the current in-app rules. The app can apply multipliers based on mission difficulty, recurrence, geographic distance or other parameters. The live app, not an old screenshot or referral video, controls available tasks and amounts.
Mesh relay mining: keep the official MINE service active so the phone can discover and relay with nearby compatible devices.
Routine missions: complete only the daily, weekly or monthly tasks displayed in the current app.
Achievement and streak missions: reach genuine milestones and maintain participation without manipulating device time or automation.
Geo-missions: physically visit an eligible zone while following local law and personal-safety limits.
Referrals: invite real people who independently want the app; bonus amounts and availability can change.
Promotions: use only offers shown in the official app or consistently linked by first-party channels.
Server-side Points are authoritative if the device and server disagree. The company can impose daily caps, cooldowns and concurrency limits. Its published anti-farming controls include no more than eight geo-mission completions per day, no more than three far-ring missions, and zone cooldowns ranging from four to 24 hours, though these parameters can change. More hours, phones or travel do not create a guaranteed return, and running multiple accounts is expressly prohibited.
Safety-First Offline Protocol Airdrop Guide
1. Start Only From the Official Website
Type https://offlineprotocol.com yourself and use its MINE links, or visit https://mine.offlineprotocol.com before selecting the download page. The canonical iOS listing has app ID 6758410214 and names Offline Protocol, Inc. as developer. The Android package is com.offline.mine and names Offline Protocol as developer. Avoid APK files, TestFlight invitations from strangers, sponsored search ads and shortened referral links. Check the developer, package or app ID and privacy-policy link before installing.
2. Read the Terms and Privacy Trade-Offs
Review https://mine.offlineprotocol.com/terms and /privacy before registration. Eligibility requires at least age 13, with parental consent for minors where applicable, and excludes sanctioned or prohibited users described in the terms. Local laws may impose additional restrictions. The terms include one-account, arbitration, anti-abuse, wallet and blockchain provisions. If you do not accept background operation, resource use or data processing, skip the program rather than granting permissions you do not understand.
3. Secure Your Email and Create One Account
MINE uses OfflineID authentication with a valid email, one-time passcode and username. Secure the email account with a unique password and multi-factor authentication because access to email can control sign-in. Enter OTP codes only in the official app. Staff, moderators and referral partners do not need your code. Create only one active MINE account; the terms permit account termination and forfeiture for multi-accounting, even if each account uses a different device or address.
4. Minimize Public Profile Data
The username, avatar, bio, social links and Point total can be visible through profiles and the leaderboard. Choose a username that does not reveal a legal name, birth year, home address or primary social identity. Leave optional bio, avatar and social links blank unless they provide real value. Use a dedicated email alias if permitted by your provider and the terms, but keep recovery access. Do not expose a high-value wallet through profile content or screenshots.
5. Grant Permissions in Stages
Bluetooth is required for mesh participation. Location is tied to geo-missions, including background detection when allowed, while notifications, camera, photo library and biometrics serve separate functions. Start with the minimum permissions needed for the feature you intend to use. The privacy policy says geo-mission coordinates are normally processed and stored on-device, but the app still handles account, device, usage, mission and mining-session data. Revoke background location if you do not use geo-missions and periodically audit permissions in system settings.
6. Start a Short Mining Session
Open MINE, inspect the current mission rules and tap Start Mining only when Bluetooth use is acceptable. Confirm the operating system shows the expected background or “Mesh Active” indicator. Run a short test before leaving the service active for hours. Watch battery temperature, battery drain, data use and app stability. Stop mining if the phone overheats, battery loss is excessive, network use is unexpected or the app requests permissions inconsistent with official documentation.
7. Use Missions Without Taking Physical Risks
Prefer ordinary, no-travel missions first. For geo-missions, inspect the destination before moving. Do not enter private property, restricted areas, unsafe neighborhoods, construction sites, highways or isolated places for Points. Never use MINE while driving. Follow traffic rules and go during safe hours. A distant multiplier has no established cash value and cannot justify fuel costs or danger. GPS failure can prevent completion, and Offline Protocol disclaims responsibility for location inaccuracy and travel-related injury or loss.
8. Treat Referrals Responsibly
Share a referral only with people who understand that Points are non-monetary and a mainnet airdrop is unconfirmed. Disclose that you may receive a bonus. Never promise profit, a guaranteed allocation or passive income. Do not self-refer, buy referrals, create fake accounts or pressure contacts to grant background location. The company can alter or discontinue referral rewards and investigate sham referral chains. Organic referrals are safer than risking the original account for a temporary bonus.
9. Delay Wallet Connection Unless Necessary
The official terms say Ethereum or Solana wallet connection is optional and not required for core mining or missions. There is therefore no safety reason to connect a primary wallet merely to begin earning Points. If a legitimate in-app feature later requires one, use a new low-value wallet with no valuable NFTs, broad approvals or long-term savings. Back up its recovery phrase offline. MINE should receive only a public address and a transaction request; it should never receive a seed phrase or private key.
10. Verify Any Future Vault Claim
Do not confuse Sepolia activity with a valuable mainnet reward. Confirm the selected network in the wallet: Sepolia testnet tokens have no monetary value. If a future mainnet claim appears, pause until Offline Protocol publishes the chain, contract, eligibility and claim instructions through multiple official channels. Read the wallet simulation and transaction fields. Reject token approvals, Permit or Permit2 messages, transfers to unknown recipients and signatures that differ from the documented claim. Never send a “verification deposit” or pay someone to unlock Points.
11. Track Costs and Know When to Stop
Record battery impact, mobile data, travel, time and any blockchain fees. Give Points and hypothetical tokens a zero-dollar value. If participation is not worthwhile under that assumption, stop mining and revoke unnecessary permissions. Disconnect an optional wallet, sign out on devices you no longer control and delete the account through Settings if desired. The privacy policy describes immediate deactivation followed by a 30-day grace period before server-side deletion, while on-device data may remain until the app is removed or storage is cleared.
Privacy, Battery and Network Risks
MINE’s privacy policy discloses collection or handling of email, username, device identifiers, device and app details, push tokens, IP address for rate limiting, mining sessions, mission progress, Points, streaks, referral statistics and optional public wallet addresses. It lists service providers including Railway, Hetzner, PostHog, Sentry, Firebase, Apple push services, Mapbox, SendGrid, Reown and Solana Mobile. The policy says it does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, but users must still decide whether the data footprint is proportionate to a speculative reward.
Bluetooth advertisements can reveal a non-personal device identifier, connection capacity, battery level and uptime to nearby compatible devices. The policy says these broadcasts omit the user’s name, email, exact location, wallet and Points balance. Relay packets are described as encrypted, and users are forbidden from inspecting or storing them. Even so, no wireless or software system is risk-free. Keep the operating system and app updated, avoid modified clients and stop participation if behavior materially differs from official disclosures.
Background mining consumes battery and processing capacity. DORS may use internet relay, which can consume metered data. Continuous charging can add heat and battery wear. Use system battery and network dashboards rather than relying only on the app’s “low-power” characterization. Disable cellular data for MINE if that setting is compatible with the features you want, and do not run a persistent relay on an employer, school or shared device without authorization. The terms place resource costs and carrier charges on the user.
Anti-Sybil and Account Rules
Offline Protocol’s rules are unusually explicit: one active account per person. Bots, scripts, emulators, automation, modified apps, bug exploitation, sham referrals, leaderboard manipulation and coordinated Point inflation are prohibited. GPS spoofing, mock locations, VPN-based location manipulation, drones and other methods that complete geo-missions without genuine physical presence can lead to immediate termination and permanent forfeiture. The company may analyze activity patterns, referral chains, location anomalies and blockchain transactions when investigating abuse.
Use one genuine account and one accurate identity profile under the current rules.
Do not run device farms, emulators, cloned apps or automated taps.
Do not falsify GPS, device time, peer connections, relayed traffic or mission completion.
Do not self-refer, purchase users or coordinate fake referral rings.
Do not exploit duplicate credits or continue using a known bug; report it and stop.
Do not buy, sell or transfer accounts or alleged Point allocations.
A “Sybil strategy” is not a clever shortcut when the official terms expressly forbid it. It increases privacy exposure, consumes more resources and can erase every associated balance. Genuine participation cannot guarantee future eligibility either, but it avoids creating an obvious contractual basis for disqualification.
Offline Protocol Airdrop Scams to Avoid
Fake OFFLINE Tokens and Contract Addresses
No canonical mainnet Offline Protocol token contract was identified in the official sources reviewed. Anyone can deploy a coin with a matching name or logo. Do not use a DEX listing, wallet token suggestion, block explorer label or price page as proof. Wait for a contract published consistently by Offline Protocol itself. Unsolicited tokens can contain malicious links in their metadata and should not be interacted with.
Fake Claim and Point-Conversion Sites
A page that converts MINE Points into valuable tokens today conflicts with the disclosed status unless the official project has issued a new, verifiable announcement. Scammers may show a large allocation and then request an approval or signature. A real eligibility check should not require a seed phrase, token transfer, secret recovery data or payment to support. Close the page, revoke any approval already granted and move remaining assets if a private key was exposed.
Malicious APKs and Impersonated Support
Use the app-store links from offlineprotocol.com. A sideloaded “faster miner,” desktop extension or Telegram APK can steal OTPs and wallet data. Treat direct messages as hostile even when the sender copies the project’s logo. Official support does not need remote-control access, a screen share during wallet signing, a recovery phrase or a test transfer. Navigate to support from the official site or app instead of replying to unsolicited accounts.
Guaranteed Earnings and Referral Hype
Claims that a phone earns a fixed daily dollar amount are unsupported. MINE awards revocable Points whose rates can change and whose monetary value is zero under the terms. Referral promoters may omit battery, privacy and location costs because they benefit when users join. Evaluate the program without their projected token price, exchange listing rumor or countdown.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Offline Protocol airdrop live?
No confirmed token airdrop or mainnet claim is live. The official MINE app and its in-app Points program are live, so users can participate speculatively without treating Points as tokens.
Can a new user still mine Points?
Yes. The official app-store listings and current MINE site invite users to start mining, and the app was actively updated in July 2026. Availability can still vary by device, country and legal eligibility.
Are MINE Points cryptocurrency?
No. Official terms define them as internal participation records, not currency, securities, commodities or financial instruments. They have no inherent monetary value.
Will Points convert to an Offline Protocol token?
There is no guarantee. The terms explicitly say Points create no conversion obligation and that mainnet vault claims may never become available.
Is wallet connection required?
No. The terms say Ethereum or Solana wallet connection is optional and unnecessary for core mining and missions. Delay connection unless a verified feature genuinely needs it.
What does the current vault distribute?
The March 31 terms disclose Ethereum Sepolia testnet functionality. Sepolia tokens have no monetary value, and a mainnet vault is not promised.
Does mining use mobile data?
It can. BLE is central to peer discovery and relay, but the DORS system may select internet relay, potentially causing carrier data use. Monitor device settings and charges.
Is background location mandatory?
Location is required for geo-missions, with background access supporting detection while the app is backgrounded. Users who do not want geo-missions should minimize or revoke location permission and accept that those tasks will not work.
Can I run multiple phones or accounts?
The terms allow only one active account per person and prohibit multi-accounting, automation and device-farm behavior intended to accumulate extra Points or rewards.
Where should I verify updates?
Use https://offlineprotocol.com, https://mine.offlineprotocol.com, the official in-app notices, the linked Apple and Google listings, and https://x.com/OfflineProtocol. Cross-check any token announcement across more than one first-party surface.
